School Basket Raffle

Every year our school has a basket raffle to raise money. We raffle off about 200 of them! I have seen some great ideas and thought I would share some of them here. (I will be bookmarking this site for great ideas for this year!)

Movie Night
Put in a gift certificate to rent movies or you could buy DVDs. Add some of the following:

*plastic or paper popcorn bowls or boxes (I have seen these at dollar stores)
*microwave popcorn
*boxes of candy like you find at the movie theatre
*some small bottles of soda
*fleece blanket to snuggle with while watching the movies

Princess Dress-Up
What little girl doesn't like to dress up? Add some of the following to this fun basket! Most of these items I have found in the doll section of my store.
*tiara
*long white gloves
*costume jewelry and clip-on earrings
*princess shoes
*royal cape
*play makeup

Craft Fun Basket
My daughter and I did this basket last year for the basket raffle because we love to craft. We found everything at our local dollar store. Add some of the following:
*construction paper, scrapbook paper, etc
*scissors
*craft glue
*beads
*craft sticks
*pom pons
*bead cord
*foam sheets
*pipe cleaners
*ribbon
